Distance Sales Agreement
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 – SELLER

ARTICLE 2 – BUYER
Name-Surname / Title: Address: Phone: (As buyer information, the address and contact information used by the person who is a member of www.tifikids.com shopping site or who shops as a guest during the transaction will be taken as basis.)
ARTICLE 3 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
3.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method and delivery of the product subject to the contract, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
3.2 - The product subject to the contract is delivered to the BUYER or to the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information for each product, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. (Our goal at Tıfıl Kids is to deliver to cargo within 24 hours.)
3.3 - The SELLER cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product due to problems encountered by the cargo company during delivery.
3.4 - For the delivery of the product, it is mandatory that this agreement has been approved electronically and that the sales price has been paid. If for any reason the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
3.5 - If, after the delivery of the product, the bank does not pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unauthorized use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, the BUYER is obliged to return the product to the SELLER within 3 days. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the BUYER.
ARTICLE 4 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
4.1 - The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the delivery of the product to them or to the person/organization at the address indicated by them, without assuming any legal or criminal liability.
4.2 - In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to notify the SELLER via e-mail or contact form within this period.
4.3 - Return Conditions: Returned products must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and not have lost their resalability. Considering baby and child health; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for underwear, socks, and all kinds of personal care/accessory products due to hygiene reasons.
4.4 - The shipping cost of the returned product belongs to the SELLER if the SELLER's contracted cargo code is used, otherwise, it belongs to the BUYER.
4.5 - It is mandatory to send the original invoice along with the product. After the documents and products reach the SELLER, the product price will be refunded to the BUYER's card within 7-10 business days.
ARTICLE 5 – AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the BUYER purchased the goods or services and resides, up to the value announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade, are authorized.
Please Note! (Shipping Damage)
Always check your cargo package upon delivery. If there is damage, tear, or wetness in the package, have the cargo official issue a "Damage Detection Report" and do not accept the product. Tıfıl Kids is not responsible for product damages in packages accepted without a report.
