Delivery: Orders placed with Tıfıl Kids are carefully packaged and handed over to cargo within 24 hours (excluding Sundays). We provide shipping all over Turkey.

Our Return Policy ✨

What are Our Return Conditions?

• The return period is 14 days from the date you receive your product.

• Products purchased for little ones must have their tags intact and remain in resalable condition.

• Unfortunately, returns of used, washed, or damaged packaging products cannot be accepted.

• Due to hygiene conditions, returns cannot be made for underwear, socks, accessories, and personal care products, even if unused.

How Do I Return? You can create your return request and hand it over to cargo within 14 days from the date you received the product.

🧸 Important Note: For your return shipments, it is mandatory that the products are packaged in their original box/packaging, exactly as they reached you, to prevent damage. Simply putting products in a bag and taping them can cause deformation of the product during transport. Return approval cannot be given for products sent in this manner and damaged.
